Deployment options

Deployment and operating options.

Data location, hardware, existing systems and maintenance ownership determine the deployment approach together.

01

On-premises

Data and model processing on organization-managed networks and hardware. Capacity, model requirements and maintenance ownership are established before delivery.

02

Private or dedicated cloud

Dedicated resources are configured around identity and access rules. Operating and capacity needs are considered within the service plan.

03

Hybrid architecture

Field, organization and cloud workloads are separated as needed. Data transfers, external model usage and network requirements are explicitly defined.

Operating design

Clarify responsibilities before choosing a location.

Deployment is not just a server location. Hardware, networking, model providers and maintenance ownership are considered together.

01

Transition acceptance

Plan backup, recovery, upgrades and incident response to fit the work. Test the selected environment with real document volumes and concurrent-use cases.

02

Make external connections explicit

Local models do not imply an entirely offline system. Email, meetings, messaging and enterprise application connections are assessed separately.

Components and operating approach

Deployment follows operational requirements.

Select a topic to explore the relationships between information, responsibility and delivery.

01

Private cloud

Define resource isolation, identity management and operating responsibility together. Evaluate data location and model providers within the same decision framework.

Data and network boundaries

Which data may leave the organization and which systems must be reached? Local processing needs are considered separately from external channels and providers.

Capacity and workload

Document volume, concurrent users, media processing and model requirements inform capacity planning. Response-time targets are tested against the selected hardware and real workload.

Maintenance and change

Define ownership for upgrades, monitoring, backup and incident handling. Model or integration changes are validated alongside application behavior.
